We would like to introduce a consulting case for a medical device manufacturer.
It was discovered that there was a discontinuity in the consistency of the umbrella insurance policy that covers a primary insurance policy issued by a foreign local insurance company and a secondary insurance policy issued in Japan, making the coverage method ineffective.
In response, we held multiple study sessions for insurance personnel and local corporate representatives to explain the issues with the current umbrella insurance policy. We proposed a reconstruction of the insurance design suitable for the company from a global perspective, including local laws and customs.
